Akshada was nine years of age and she campaigned for Save The Girl Child Mission and opposing female foeticide and also distributed scholarships to the needy meritorious girl student of rural Goa.

Akshada Bandekar was 8yrs when she donated Rs.75,000 to special children of Sanjay School.It was a surprise visit to that school that made Akshada aware of these children & she decided to help them.The money she donated from the concert was used to buy computers for the special children.

Little Akshada was only Six yrs of age when she decided to help the Tsunami victims.She carreid 3 hrs show singing all by herself to a jam packed audience in the capital city of Goa.She donated Rs.50,000 to the Prime Ministers Relief Fund.
